Pricing FAQ

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What counts as an item?
An item is any record created in chainTraQR — a batch, a lot, a pallet, a package. Events logged against an item (custody transfers, condition checks, etc.) do not count toward your item limit.
Is verification always free?
Yes. Anyone with an item ID or QR code can verify the complete chain of custody at chaintraqr.pro — no account, no subscription, no charge. Ever.
What happens if I exceed my item limit?
You'll be notified when you approach your limit. You can upgrade to Business for unlimited items, or wait until your next billing period resets.
Do you offer a free trial?

How does POL pricing work?
The USD price of your plan is fixed — the POL amount is calculated at the live POL/USD market rate and locked at the time of payment. Contact support@chainOpus.pro to arrange POL billing. And remember: your team earns POL back with every verified scan.
